In order to complete your Residential Mortgage Application we will need to collect certain documents and information, the listed below will give you general idea what it’s needed for the actual process…

- Select Mitra Karimi as Loan Officer (Mortgage Loan Originator)
- Liabilities and Credit Check (Must be completed)
- While completing application, when you get to “Liabilities” tab, Click on “I authorize” and “Request credit report”
- Please wait till the process is completed, do not refresh your browser or change tabs
Information and Documents Needs List:
If you are Self-Employed (Corporation, LLC, Partnerships)
- Most Recent Business Tax Returns for past two years
- If you are less than 25% owner/shareholder please provide the K-1 Schedule
If you are retired or receive any kind of supplemental income
- Retirement Income Confirmation Letter
- Social Security Award Letter
General Documents
- Most Recent Personal Tax Returns for past two years (i.e. 2017 &2018)
- Last 2 months bank statements or any other assets (all pages)
- Copy of Driver’s License and Social Security Card
- Property related documents for all properties owned – Mortgage, Insurance, Tax, HOA Statements
Work and Employment History (W-2 and Paystubs)
For all employments, part time or full time
- Most Recent W-2 for all employments (i.e. 2017,2018)
- Most recent Pay stubs covering 30 days
Declarations... (Government requirements)
- Are there any outstanding judgments against you?
- Have you been declared bankrupt in the past 7 years?
- Have you had property foreclosed upon or given title or deed in lieu thereof in the last 7 years?
- Are you a party to a lawsuit?
- Have you been obligated on any loan resulted in foreclosure, transfer of title in lieu of foreclosure, or judgement?
- Are you presently delinquent or in default on any Federal debt or any other loan, mortgage, financial obligation, bond or loan guarantee?
- Are you obligated to pay alimony, child support, or separate maintenance?
- Is any part of the down payment borrowed?
- Are you co-maker or endorser on the note?
- Are you a U.S. citizen?
- Are you a permanent resident alien?
If you have Rental Properties
- Latest Lease/Rental Agreement
- Latest Mortgage Statement
- Homeowners Insurance
- Homeowners Association Statement (if applicable)
In School or have student loans
- Please provide all of your student loan statements
- Please provide your graduation date

- Resident History (IF you have been at current address for less than 2 years please provide previous address)
